Samsung VS Apple - Patent wars giant Apple Inc. and Samsung mobile phones continues. This time the battlefield in the Netherlands. Dutch court granted an injunction prohibiting the sale of Samsung S Galaxy, Galaxy II, Galaxy Ace and chaotic patents related to Apple. 
The ban officially took place on 13 October. The ban was dropped into the Dutch branch of Samsung. They are prohibited from selling the three gadgets that, not only in the land windmill, but also throughout Europe.
Samsung VS Apple, Court judge also confirmed that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and 10.1v violated Apple's patent technology. But there is no ban on the circulation for both of these gadgets. While in Germany, this slate gadget banned because of similar patent cases.
Actually, what the fuss two giants of this gadget ( Samsung VS Apple )? Apparently related to technology in mobile phones. Apple claims that they have a patent for the scrolling screen phone, the display method of unlocking the shift, as well as the patent for multitouch.
